Furthermore included in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
